Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee

Grown on Jamaicas Blue Mountain, a smooth and silky coffee full bodied complex and beautifully balanced acidity. It can be very expensive reflecting the high demand. Its cultivation is monitored by the Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica and only coffee grown at elevations between 3,000 and 5,500 feet are certified. It is a wet processed coffee and mostly sold to Japan.

 

Kenya AA

One of the finest premium coffees grown at over 6,500 feet above sea level on the high plateaus of Mt. Kenya. The AA classification refers to the bean size after processing and are generally the largest beans. Kenyan AA coffee is full bodied, rich and sweet with a blackcurrant acidity.

 

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee

From the Yirgacheffe district in the Gedeo zone of the Southern Nations and peoples region of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Very unique and distinctive, considered the finest of the Ethiopian coffees.It has a medium body, sweet and spicy with a distinct unique earthy aftertaste.

 

 

Java Arabica Coffee

Grown on the Island of Java in Indonesia on the east side of the Ijen Volcano. Coffee was first planted there in the 17th century by the Dutch. Java Coffee is distinguished by its heavy body, spicy, sweet with low acidity and a herby aftertaste.

Tanzania Peaberry Coffee

Grown on Mt. Meru and Mt Kilimanjaro. A complex coffee, Tanzania Peaberry coffee is a bright coffee with light to medium body and a wonderful fruity acidity. The taste is deep and rich, often with hints of blackcurrant and a sweet lingering finish. An exceptional morning coffee.

 

 

Sumatra Lintong Coffee

Grown in the Lintong region in north central Sumatra. At the green bean stage this coffee has a blueish colour due to the lack of iron in the soil. A complex coffee with notes of cocoa, tobacco, smoke, earth and cedar wood. Expect a tropical fruit acidity and rich earthy chocolate flavours.

 


Ethiopian Harrar Coffee

Coffee grew wild on the Harrar plateau before the existence of man. Dry processed by hand this medium sized bean has a greenish yellow colour and known for its winey fruity flavour, spicy notes and chocolate.
